Risk Maturity Model (RM3) Training

 

Course Overview:

Our training course enables delegates to receive a good introduction to RM3 (Risk Maturity Model) which is being applied across the UK Rail Industry to benefit strategic safety improvement.

Course / Session Duration:

This is a one-day course. This course can be delivered online or as a traditional face-to-face tutor led session on your own site or venue.

Learning Outcomes:

• Be able to identify and select appropriate criteria from the RM3 model

• Obtain and review the evidence needed to rank the maturity of the organisation against each criterion

• Demonstrate findings of the assessed maturity level, and quote evidence (that stands up to challenge) to explain this

• Build a maturity development programme using RM3

Target Audience:

This course is designed to any individual who wishes to gain awareness surrounding the Risk Maturity Model (RM3) or has been asked to assess or audit using the tool.

Assessment Method:

Delegates will be required to complete a knowledge written assessment at the end of the course. Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, delegates can receive a certificate.
