Fire Safety

QSS offer Fire Safety Assessments that monitor potential risks or hazards to provide a safer working environment. We have undertaken Fire Safety Inspections and Assessments across the UK on all types of sites and buildings. We provide an independent review, identify improvements to avoid serious fire risk.


The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires that any commercial premises with more than 5 occupants, whether an office, shop, factory, school or shared accommodation must ensure that a suitable and sufficient Fire Risk Assessment has been carried out by a Competent Person and is reviewed at regular intervals.


Our Fire Safety Consultants are all experienced and industry qualified in Fire Safety to deliver a compliant Fire Risk Assessment in a wide range of property types. Our consultants are required to demonstrate their ongoing competence through Continued Professional Development (CPD) as well as industry recognised memberships.
