Aims 

By the end of the course delegates will:

  • Understand the basic structure of the UK health and safety legal framework and the approach to enforcement of health and safety law

This course will provide delegates with an appreciation of the purpose and role of risk assessment as required by UK health and safety legislation and to enable them to practically apply risk assessment principles.
