The QSS Group Limited is a customer focussed management consultancy providing Engineering, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Training services to industrial clients, service organisations and local authorities.  We specialise in business improvement, risk management, technical and systems audit and supplier assurance services.  We maintain and recommend programmes for continuous improvement based on developing our people, services and products for our customers.  The numerous new appointments that form the core of the Company have expanded work streams and created a culture of quality and commitment that is manifest in our attention to the customer’s requirements.  We have extended the multi-disciplinary expertise into a range of organisations that include leading industry players.  We pride ourselves on delivering value-added service to our customers, such that we expect repeat business to be our measure of success.

We have developed our people through training, education and further experience and expanded opportunities through selective recruitment.  We encourage our people to be happy at their work and to cascade this enthusiasm through into the customer’s organisation and problem solving requirements.  Continuous Professional Development is core to our people strategy and many have achieved further qualifications and expertise in their respective areas.  Achievement in partnership makes QSS an ideal choice to provide specialist support for our customers. 

We provide considerable support to various engineering and construction industries, providing assistance in engineering, health, safety, quality and the environment as well as integrated SQE management support.  The development of specific and bespoke training packages has enabled relationships with further education establishments to include offers of formal qualifications that support progress of the 'Investor In People' award. 

We provide our specialist services into the railway industry and to many manufacturing and service organisations, including local government.  These services enable our customers to effectively comply with appropriate legislation, railway, international and other relevant standards and regulations. 

As QSS looks towards the future, it is convinced that its Engineering and SQE services need to assist customers to derive business benefit from effective management systems which penetrate inter-organisational boundaries.  The adoption of EFQM principles by the Company enables advice on applying EFQM by our customers to be given from 'first hand' experience. 

Performance improvement services are an explicit part of our portfolio and provide practical support to customers with performance improvement objectives.  Having demonstrated the benefits of our own strategic and proactive management approach, we pride ourselves on "making change work" for our customers.

Message from the MD - Ken MeeThe QSS Group Limited is convinced that its Engineering, Safety, Quality and Environmental services need to assist customers to derive business benefit from effective management systems – especially those systems which penetrate inter-organisational boundaries. In particular, our multi-disciplinary teams have been working towards becoming a principal source of management advice and assistance and intend to expand this reputation to our developing list of industries and markets e.g. rail, bus and coach, construction, food, local authorities and other service industries.

Performance improvement services are an explicit part of our portfolio and we provide practical support to customers with performance improvement systems e.g. EFQM techniques and objectives. Having demonstrated the benefits of our own strategic and proactive management approach, we pride ourselves on ‘making change work’ for our customers

Focus on customer requirements and the inherent actions to promote added value with a need for continuous improvements are fundamental elements that we strive to promote to our customers.
