The Company was formed in November 2001, when the Management and Staff completed a “buy-out” of The QSS Group holding company. Through ownership, their commitment ensures that QSS maintains a programme of continuous improvement based on developing its people and its services and products for our customers. We offer long and short-term placements of people that are able to undertake a role from the first day. Our commitment to such placement is the support from the whole team. We provide our services into the railway industry and we provide specialist assistance to many manufacturing and service organisations including local government. These services enable our customers to effectively comply with appropriate legislation, railway, international and other relevant standards and regulations. As QSS looks towards the future it is convinced that its Engineering and SQE services need to assist customers to derive business benefit from effective management systems which penetrate inter-organisational boundaries. The adoption of EFQM principles by the Company enables advice on applying EFQM by our customers to be given from 'first hand' experience. Our environmental services team is working towards becoming a principal source of transport sector environmental management advice and assistance.
