Safety Validation The QSS Group Limited have developed a systematic approach to management system documenting and data processing by providing a range of services to support formal Safety Validation of organisational change. Where organisational changes are proposed, QSS analyse responsibilities taken from job descriptions, responsibility statements and procedures. Changes to each responsibility are then drafted and the proposed new organisation is then presented in graphical format to managers and personnel concerned. This presentation, in organisational charts and interactive tree diagrams, permit large volumes of data to be reviewed swiftly and effectively. Changes can be validated and where necessary additional and interim control measures can be considered and documented. The output is a robust change which is understood by those involved and where all safety measures are maintained throughout the change.
