The QSS Group Limited - Safety Check IISafety Check II© is a software based audit tool which enables you to measure and monitor the health and safety performance of your organisation against the requirements of legislation and Railway Industry Standards.

The system is Windows™ based and comprises around 100 individual pre-prepared checksheets each covering a distinct health, safety or environmental subject. Checksheets are chosen to suit the activities of the location being audited and can be printed out for instant use by the auditor.

Checksheet questions are based on relevant health, safety and environmental standards and each has an in-built risk rating, non-compliance action level and numerical performance weighting.

Effective rectification of non-conformance is ensured by Corrective Action Requests (CARs) which are automatically generated by the system. The CARs are issued against risk-based timescales to the relevant responsible person within the audit location. Numerical performance figures are also automatically calculated for each audit carried out.
