For the Fifth Successive year, QSS is carrying out FirstGroup's Independent Safety Audits - Autumn 2011

The QSS Group Limited (QSS) is currently in its fifth successive year of delivering Safety Management System audits working alongside FirstGroup's Rail Division to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its assurance processes. This includes Independent Safety Management System audits of First ScotRail, First Great Western and First Capital Connect being carried out up until the end of 2011. First TransPennine Express and First Tram Operations (Operators of London Tramlink) will be audited early 2012.
