Depot Management Services - VMI Procedures, Risk Assessment, Competency Management The QSS Group Limited (QSS) has significant experience in T&RS Maintenance Depot operations. Our staff have held senior management positions in operational and strategic roles such that we are able to offer support to all aspects of Depot Operational requirements. We have undertaken operational studies to flow chart production requirements including depot layout, advice on latest operational practices and equipment. Whether the depot is purpose built or is undergoing major change to accommodate the ever changing fleet requirements arising from franchise change, QSS have provided the facilitation and innovation needed to maximise efficiencies and ultimately control of production costs. Changes in fleet allocation bring requirements for review of documentation, establishing the competency of staff, ensuring work is performed to specification, materials and equipment are appropriate for the maintenance schedules etc. QSS will undertake ‘Depot Preparedness’ studies and will assist in assessing that the plans and procedures are appropriate such that at start up, those initial worries for the ‘missing’ consideration are removed giving confidence that performance will be high.
